A short, plain-English summary of what happens when you subscribe to the AURUM Intelligence newsletter or use the contact form.
Your email address only, when you choose to subscribe. The email service also records the time you signed up, the sign-up form used and technical details needed to deliver and secure the newsletter (for example the IP address at sign-up, and whether emails are opened or links clicked).
To send you the AURUM Intelligence newsletter: the daily XAUUSD research note, the weekend update and occasional educational updates about the site. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Content is for education and information only and is not investment advice.
Emails are sent with MailerLite (MailerLite Limited), which stores subscriber data on our behalf as a data processor under its own security and data-processing terms. We do not sell or share your email with anyone else, and we do not use it for advertising.
Until you unsubscribe. After that your address is kept only as an unsubscribe record so we do not email you again, or deleted on request.
If you use the contact form, we collect your email address (required), your name (optional), the topic you choose and your message. It is used only to reply to you and, if you ask, to send a requested learning resource. The form is delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards the message by email and does not keep it for us, and the message is then held in our Google Gmail inbox. Contact messages are kept for up to 12 months after the conversation ends, then deleted; you can ask for earlier deletion at any time. Sending a message does not subscribe you to the newsletter.
Every email has an unsubscribe link; one click removes you. You can also ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your data. Under UK GDPR you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
This website does not set advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and has no cookie banner because it needs none. Pages load fonts and images from our own server only.
Live chart (optional). The live XAUUSD chart is an embedded TradingView widget. It is not loaded until you click "Load live chart". Once you do, your browser connects to TradingView, which may set its own cookies or similar storage under its privacy policy. Your choice is not stored; the chart is blocked again each time you open the page.
Forms. The email sign-up and contact form send data only when you submit them (to MailerLite and FormSubmit respectively, see above) and set no cookies on our site. Links to MQL5, Telegram, X and other sites are governed by those sites' own policies. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time.
